Responding to enquiries about our services
We aim to respond to enquiries within 72 hours, if not then within seven days.
Any information submitted to us (name, email address, phone number, project outline etc) via the contact form will be stored securely, and removed from our system after three months if the proposal is unsuccessful or if you decide not to proceed further with the project.
Clients should be aware that their data (including but not limited to: names, phone numbers, email addresses) needs to be held indefinitely to allow for ongoing communication, without which maintenance and continued support would not be possible.
All submitted data will be stored securely. In the unlikely event of a data breach, clients will be informed as soon as possible.
